Please note that this form requires you and your spouse/common law partner’s Annual GROSS Income for 2022 (i.e. January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022). Your  GROSS income is BEFORE TAXES are taken off.

To determine your 2022 Gross Income, check your gross income from your 2021 T4 or 2021 pay statements and use this to estimate how much you will make from Jan to Dec 2022.
